STOP, STOP HOLD ON! just hold on! Don’t binge, don’t do it! In fact if your about to even eat over your calorie limit or you want to eat something but you don’t feel hungry, just..don’t do it. It’s gonna be okay. I know it’s hard honey, but you are strong. You can do this! Yes you want that food, I know you do, but don’t even touch it. Stay at least 5 feet away from it. DISPOSE of it. Get rid of it! You can’t slip up this time, you just can’t. Results will come, they will and that’s a promise, but no one said work is fun. Resisting that food, hell no it’s not fun. You might feel bored, sad, angry, lost, depressed. You might want to cry after resisting, you might want to scream. You probably feel less worth it. It’s okay to feel like shit after resisting or not eating, that’s apart of it. But turn this view point around. Look at what you’re doing. You’re getting closer to you’re results, you’re getting closer to the collar bones, the thin legs and arms, closer to the thin neck. You’re body will absolutely change without a doubt starting from avoiding this food you want to binge off of. You probably think you’re to fat to make it to the finish line or you’ll never lose the weight anyway. You probably feel like you’re not good enough to even try so why bother. Let me just tell you baby, it is NOT true. YOU have to keep pushing no matter how hard it hurts. Yes it will hurt like hell to resist, BUT it is WORTH IT. It is so worth it. Don’t take the binge, don’t do this to yourself honey, because trust me the results will come with effort. In 3 months if you keep this up, you will notice a difference. Just PUSH through these 3 months. It could take longer or shorter but results will 100% come if you keep this effort up. You have us to help you. Yes, you’re silly tumblr friends or any friend who knows about this. Just tell yourself it’s gonna be okay. It’s supposed to hurt, that’s what you signed up for. Don’t eat the food, leave it alone. Get rid of it, walk or run away. Just AVOID it. It hurts yes, but it’s all worth it in the end. Think about you’re future self loosing the weight, then think about you’re future self larger than you already are. Which path do you choose? LOVE YOURSELF. Do something nice for yourself. Exercise, it helps. Take a walk, you choose! You can do this! You WILL lose the weight! It’s going to be okay, just breath. It will all be okay. :) :) <3 love from me
